Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Full refunds are issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled transfer will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the scheduled pickup time or in the case of a no-show.

2. Reservation Changes

  • Requests for changes or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.
  • Change requests will be reviewed based on availability, and any fare differences will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Cancellation by the Company

  • We reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, operational reasons).
  • In case of a cancellation initiated by the company, the customer will receive a full refund.
  • Every effort will be made to inform the customer as soon as possible in such cases.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds for cash payments will be arranged directly with the customer.
  • Processing of refund requests may take up to 7 business days.
